Scope of Work: The Marilyn K Glick Center for Glass, Ball State University, is 9,200 GSF of new construction for glass fabrication instruction. The building consists of faculty offices, classrooms, studio spaces, hot glass shop and cold glass shop. General construction consists of steel frame, metal stud or masonry wall construction, interior finishes, geo-thermal, mechanincal and electrical equipment and site improvements work.

Estimated Cost: $1,400,000.00
