Scope of Work: Renovation of existing locker rooms: work includes demolition, construction of walls, installation of new doors and finishes. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades will be made. New drainage trench and sump pump will be installed along west corridor.
Estimated Cost: $180,000.00
