Scope of Work:

Scope of Work to include, but not limited to: includes the continuation of a previous phase that is currently under construction. It will include demolition of the existing Irving Gym and the following new facility spaces: a cardio and fitness center, a 5-court recreation athletic gymnasium, a gymnastics hall, a 1/8 mile running track, multi-purpose training rooms, an indoor turf field, a rock climbing facility, an outdoor pursuits center, office/administrative space, concessions/vending and snack spaces lounge areas and various support.

Estimated Cost: $27,500,000.00
