The Indiana Minority and Women's Business Enterprises Division, a multi-purpose service agency for all Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women Business Enterprises (WBE), is hosting the 2008 Power Networking – Contact to Contract Event.

Ball State University Purchasing Staff attending the event include Purchasing Director Matt Stephenson, Purchasing Agent Gayla Brasher, and Purchasing Coordinator Mark Keever, as well as Kevin Kenyon, Associate Vice President for Facilities Planning and Management. The Power Networking Event was held on February 13, 2008 at the Indiana Government Center South Conference Center. 

Of special interest is the workshop on State Contract Compliance, with the Minority and Women's Business Enterprise Division reviewing the services and regulations relevant to Buyers and Prime Contractors. The Power Networking-Contact to Contract Event provides an opportunity for developing potential business opportunities with Minority and Women Businesses.
