UNIVERSITY FINANCIAL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES 

Each year the university spends millions of dollars for purchases that range from basic office supplies to major pieces of equipment. While there are numerous regulations pertaining to purchasing, there are gray areas where a BSU employee has to use his/her discretion. One of these involves sole source justification for purchasing from a single vendor. This workshop will highlight some of the critical considerations in this area.
