Attending the Indiana Department of Administration's 2008 Contact to Contract: Roundtable Connection were Ball State Purchasing Director Matt Stephenson, Purchasing Agent Tim Hagen, and Associate Vice President for Facilities Planning and Management Kevin Kenyon.   The event was slated as part of the 2008 Business Diversity Series, focusing on Minority and Women Business Enterprises. Highlights from the conference included a series of "Roundtable Connections" providing an opportunity for minority- and woman-owned businesses to introduce their products and/or services to prospective buyers.

Held in conjunction with Indiana Black Expo's Summer Celebration, the July 15 event took place in the Indiana Government Conference Center in Indianapolis. Ball State University was a co-sponsor of the Contact to Contract: Roundtable Connection event along with 5 of the other Indiana state supported Universities.
