


Purchasing Go Green Initiative – MFP Giveaway A Successful Event
And the winner of the MFP giveaway is The Ball State Indianapolis Center!
The Ball State Purchasing Office held the Multifunctional Printer giveaway on June 2, 2008, with Randy Howard, Associate Vice-President of Finance and Assistant Treasurer, officiating over the drawing. A total of 81 entries were submitted by the university community offices, including our off campus locations. The entry form included a comment section for participants to share a brief paragraph of how a MFP device could improve departmental workflow and use of resources.

The MFP giveaway was held in conjunction with the May 13, 2008 Training and Development session, "Hot Topics in Purchasing," focusing on green initiatives.
