The Lafayette Supplier Diversity Development Coalition was in attendance as well as representatives from companies such as Subaru, Caterpillar, Ivy Tech Community College, State Farm Insurance, the City of Lafayette, Tate & Lyle, Kirby Risk, Kettlehut Construction, Shambaugh & Sons Construction, Huston Electric, Smoot Construction, Gaylor Group, J.R. Kelly, and D.A. Dodd, Inc.

The seminar was divided into four sections over the two days with each section focusing on a specific commodity group.  The BSU purchasing staff staggered their attendance to better coincide with the buyers' product and service specialty.  On Wednesday, November 15, the seminar was attended by Rhodene Upchurch, Assistant Director of Purchasing; Mark Keever, Purchasing Coordinator; and Tim Hagen, Purchasing Agent. Matt Stephenson, Director of Purchasing, Central Stores and Inventory Control, and Gayla Brasher, Purchasing Agent, attended on Thursday, November 16th.
