Inventory Control and Moving is a division of BSU Purchasing, which accumulates and maintains records of all moveable equipment purchased or acquired by the University. This includes capital equipment, excess, transfer and moves, and stolen equipment.  Forms B-24 Borrow Equipment and B-450 Inventory Control Move/Release are available on the Purchasing website.

Departments may request assistance with a move or a loan of movable equipment (chairs, tables, coat racks, podiums, chalkboards) by contacting the Inventory Control office by telephone (765)285-1837 or fax (765)-285-2037.
