Departments may obtain technical advice and guidance for the selection and purchase of microcomputer hardware, software, and peripherals from the microsystems procurement analyst in University Computing Services.

UCS Showcase  The UCS Showcase Center offers procurement assistance by showcase center staff and through the on-line web sites established by each vendor partner.  

Requisitions may be entered into the FRS Purchasing System and should include reference numbers provided by UCS.

Computers and other capital equipment are delivered to the Central Receiving area of the university and are tagged by Inventory Control and Moving prior to the delivery of the equipment to the department.
