The John J Pruis Hall is a multi use space that is well suited for various functions such as lecture classes, convocations, conference activity, movies, and student-focused programming. Our annual schedule now features a series of performing arts presentations that benefit from the intimate nature of this performance venue. The Pruis stage also touts one of our community’s largest movie screens. This recently renovated 640-seat auditorium continues its legacy of serving a diverse constituency of special events.
Among the list of current events hosted at Pruis Hall are the University Film Series, Absolunacy (a student comedy troupe), Japanese Animation Society, theater and speech classes, the Miss Unity pageant, a Chinese film festival, and Late Night programs. Yet, time frames for your special event may still exist. Phone the Pruis box office at (765) 285-5524, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., to inquire about availability.
The staff at Pruis Hall is highly motivated to meet your event needs. Our aim is to provide exceptional service to ensure a positive outcome for your function. We encourage faculty, staff, student organizations, and the public to tour our facility. Questions about our capabilities are most welcome. We look forward to working with you in the future.
