Fonts are a complicated issue because of the large number of brands, formats, styles, weights and families. We probably have the font(s) you are using, but play it safe and include a copy of them with your master file, and include both screen and printer files for PostScript (Type 1) fonts.
Beware of the font Style Menu.
Avoid “stylizing” fonts in a page layout program: i.e. use Garamond Bold Italic instead of Garamond regular with bold and italic styles applied. It can create a weight or style on-screen that may not exist in your font collection. These “type effects” may not print.
Please avoid using any TrueType fonts.
TrueType fonts are very unpredictable. We will not guarantee output of any file containing TrueType fonts.
