Fred Kitchens (Quote 1):  In Bill's position as Director of the Emergency Management Agency of Delaware County he needs to prepare for emergencies.  He needs to talk to the city and get money and funding for things like raising levies, preparing emergency operations center, equipping the 911 system.  So he needs to know what the impact is going to be if there is a disaster so he can go ahead and plan for it and build his infrastructure.

Fred Kitchens (Quote 2):  Selecting students for this project, I go through a long process of requesting resumes, interviewing the students.  Once I had the first two students selected, I used those students to help me interview the rest of the students; they got experience that way.

Fred Kitchens (Quote 3):  This project itself may not capture everybody's interest, but I know there are projects out there at Ball State that everybody will find something they're interested in. 

Fred Kitchens (Quote 4):  There are a lot of opportunities for immersive learning at Ball State.  If students want more information about Business Fellows specifically, they can go to the Career Center.
