Shaun Wilson (Quote 1):  Our client has expressed to us that the deliverables that we're going to give to him might spawn other projects that he would need assistance in working.  He's informed us that he's had such a good experience to this point in time that he would like to remain in contact with us.

Shaun Wilson (Quote 2):  The group dynamics of our Business Fellows team actually began with, I believe, nine individuals; none of whom had any experience with one another before-hand.  A couple of us have seen each other within our various majors, but because we consist of so many different departments, we were actually all new to each other.  Through our facilitator, Dr. Kitchens, we've actually grown immensely as a team and we now are able to compliment each others' talents and work on a project very quickly by communicating with one another and really understanding where we need to go with what we're doing.

Shaun Wilson (Quote 3):  The immersive experience that I am getting through the Business Fellows program will greatly benefit me in the future and any job that I will come across because it's highly unlikely that I would ever find a situation where I would be working with people who are all like me.  This particular project has actually helped me to understand and respect the talents of those around me and understand how I can effectively utilize a group scenario in order to accomplish a goal that might otherwise take a long period of time.

Shaun Wilson (Quote 4):  Initially I was concerned about falling behind with my studies in my major specific class because of the immersive learning experience.  However, the way that it's actually tailored and integrated into the business project and my understanding other Business Fellows programs are similar, it's actually something where I schedule it into my week and I treat it as if I would any other class.  Granted there are additional time commitments that come along with it, but the outcome drastically outweighs the additional effort that's required for it.
