Daniel Reagan is Associate Professor of Political Science and has been at Ball State University since 1989. He received his Ph.D. from Notre Dame University. Professor Reagan teaches primarily in the areas of American politics and public policy, and his research interests center on the relations/behavior of national political institutions and, most recently, on the Congress and the media. Professor Reagan was a finalist for the University Teaching Professorship in 1994, and has served for several years as a state officer of the Indiana Conference of the American Association of University Professors. The Governor has appointed Professor Reagan to three state bodies: in 1998, to the Commision for Higher Education, in 2000 to the Community College Policy Committee, and in 2001 to the Governor's Education Roundtable.
