He attended Wes-Del high school. Sgt. Foster is a physical tactics, firearms, and chemical weapons instructor. He is also an evidence technician and is the property/evidence room manager. Sgt. Foster is a Field Training Officer. He is one of the certified chemical breath test operators on the department. Sgt. Foster's hobbies include weight lifting and physical fitness.
