Marianna Zamlauski-Tucker has been a member of the department since 1994. She specializes in the mechanisms of kidney injury at the organ, cellular, and molecular leves; determining the effects of factors, such as age, dietary antioxidant supplementation, and ischemia-reperfusion injury, on alterations in the mitochondrial levels of reduced glutathione.

Education
  • PhD - Physiology, University of Rochester, School of Medicine & Dentistry, 1982
  • MS - Physiology, University of Rochester, School of Medicine & Dentistry, 1976
  • BA - Biology, University of Connecticut, 1971
