HealthNet is a network of five community-based health centers, one OB/GYN and pediatrics care center, and six school-based clinics serving over 40,000 individuals and families annually. Many of these families are uninsured or underinsured and live below the federal poverty level.  HealthNet's mission is to improve lives with compassionate health care and support services, regardless of ability to pay.

HealthNet is seeking someone with a Bachelor's degree in Health Education/Health Promotion; Master's degree or Certified Health Education Specialist preferred.  This position will provide tobacco cessation services for patients at each of the centers.  The position will also train health care staff to utilize tobacco clinical practice guidelines.  The incumbent maintains a database to track program objectives and submits monthly reports.  This position is partially grant funded through the Marion County Health Department.
