Summary Manages, develops and maintains business relationships with existing and potential clients to meet sales objectives. May be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the organization's business, executing contracts and account and brand forecasting
Implement, coordinate, and direct the health management programs for key accounts. Responsible for developing program content and supervising the program operations. This includes, but is not limited to the customization of materials, creation of program related communications, and the development of participant incentives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Direct the identification of client health promotion needs and the consultation/development of health promotion activities.
- Independently deliver sales presentations to prospective key accounts.
- Provide product and services education and sales support to prospective key accounts.
- Design/develop health promotion activities for clients to effectively meet health promotion needs.
- Serve as point of contact for key accounts; includes leading the internal/external program communications.
- Review and obtain educational materials from various sources and/or develop/customize materials as needed.
- Perform research on developing knowledge base within the field of health education.
- Attend meetings, conferences, and seminars as required.
- Performs other, varied job-related duties as assigned.
Travel approximately 30%
Minimum Education and Experience
BA/BS degree or equivalent. Three to five years of Account Management or similar customer-facing experience. Three plus years delivering healthcare information products and services, especially consumer-facing interfaces and H&W administration. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple relationships with multiple customer stakeholders in a dynamic and stressful environment. Business and technology services experience. Professional presence and technical credibility to interact with senior-level customer contacts.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
MBA or MPH. Familiarity with wellness, disease management and CDHP decision support. Prior accountabilities in 2 or more of the following areas: P&L, best practices implementation, project management, consulting or business development. Significant professional experience in a high-growth and entrepreneurial environment.
