The Department of Physics and Astronomy had three retirements in June 2007. Drs. Dave Ober, Jim Watson and Jerry Thomas retired after a combined 110 years of service to Ball State. Dr. Thom Robertson was elected to chair the department and assumed the role on July 1 of this year. The links below provide additional information about the new emeriti faculty.
