"Sublimation of CO2 Ice in Martian Conditions," was the topic presented by Krista White, an undergraduate student in the Department of Physics and Astronomy at Ball State University. White's presentation was based on her summer research experience. Also speaking during the August 30th Physics Colloquium was Dr. Paul Schmidt, Assistant Professor, Department of Physics and Astronomy, Ball State University. The title of his presentation was "Photon Cascade Emission, a Lighting Application."
