Sports Performance Program

Coordinator David Pearson, Ph.D.

The Sports Performance degree is a terminal degree that emphasizes the application of training modalities.  This program provides the student with a board scientific background for coaching and conditioning of athletic populations, and is a cross discipline approach between Exercise Science and Physical Education.   For more information click here.

 

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

 

Students accepted into this degree program must take a minimum of 34 semester hours of graduate work to graduate, and have three degree options: 1). Obtain a non-thesis degree, 2). Three hour research paper (RES 697) for a Master of Arts or 3). Six hour thesis (THES 698) for a Master of Science
