REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

Ball State Students for CREDIT:  Register as normal for college credits and pay the on-campus fees.  Process your registration at Lucina Hall's Registration Office (LU B43)

Registration fees do not include textbooks, housing or lab fees.  Lab fees cover consumable equipment and external agency costs.  Non-Credit enrollment is possible contact (765) 285-8282.

Training Agency Notes

AAOS = American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons

ARC = American Red Cross: Courses offered with the cooperation of the Hoosier Heartland Chapter.

NSPF = National Swimming Pool Foundation

YMCA = YMCA of the USA

Course that denote the use of training agency curriculum and certifications are taught to training agency standards for the certification portion of the class, any other requirements for Ball State University credit are separated to ensure the integrity of the training agencies' curriculum.
