Kevin Harrelson received his undergraduate degree from Villanova University (1998) and his PhD from the University of Kentucky (2004). He has since taught humanities at Kentucky, and philosophy at the University of North Dakota. His research areas are in early modern philosophy, German Idealism, and the philosophy of religion. His first book, “The Ontological Argument from Descartes to Hegel” is forthcoming this fall (2008) in the Journal of the History of Philosophy Book Series. His current research projects focus on religious belief and the justification thereof in the early modern period. At Ball State Dr. Harrelson teaches Ancient Philosophy, Modern Philosophy, and Introduction to Philosophy.
