Voluntary benefits are available to all benefits-eligible employees at Ball State.  These benefits are Vision Insurance, Life Insurance and Home and Auto Insurance.  We now also offer Accident Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance.

You may enroll in these voluntary programs by clicking on the Voluntary Benefits information icons on our PEB home page.  You may also enroll using paper enrollment forms, which can be accessed by clicking on the appropriate links displayed on this page.

Enrollment into these programs is only available:

• to new hires, and
• for current employees,during Voluntary Benefits Open Enrollment periods.
