When do I get paid?

Where do I pick up my paychecks?
Most student pay checks are available at the Bursar; other employee checks are generally available in the department worked.
If I work in two departments will I get two checks?
Wages are added together and paid in one check.
I need to know the amount deducted last year for United Way or BSU Foundation, etc.

I am a Faculty member that does not work in the summer. When are my insurances deducted?
There will be a three-month deduction from your 5-15 payroll check. This will be for coverage for May, June and July. The August premium will be deducted from the 9-15 check. If you teach at Burris, there will be a two-month deduction at the end of June for June and July coverage.
When do I get my 12-month pay option checks?
Ball State University Faculty are paid June 15, July 15, and August 15. Burris and Indiana Academy are paid July 15.
