  1. When do I get paid?

  2. Where do I pick up my paychecks?

    Employees may pick up their checks in the department where they worked.
        
  3. If I work in two departments will I get two checks? 

    Wages are added together and paid in one check.

  4. I need to know the amount deducted last year for United Wayor BSU Foundation, etc.

    Please refer back to your December check stub.  The year-to-date information is listed.   You may also find this information by using Employee Self Serve (ESS), https://ESS.BSU.EDU.

  5. I am a Faculty member and do not work in the summer.  When are my insurances deducted?

    There will be a three-month deduction from your May 15 payroll check.  This will be for coverage for May, June and July.  The August premium will be deducted from the September 15 check.  If you teach at Burris, there will be a two-month deduction at the end of June for June and July coverage. 

  6. When do I get my 12-month pay option checks?

    Ball State University Faculty are paid June 15, July 15, and August 15.  Burris and Indiana Academy are paid July 15.   

  7. I signed up for direct deposit and the bank has not received my money.  Who should I call?

    Some banks may take longer to post the money to your account.  PEB will contact you if we receive the funds back.  You can call PEB and verify your banking information if you would like.

  8. What is the web site to access my direct deposit stub?
