OWRM available spectrums

OWRM Spectrums

For research and testing initiatives, OWRM uses the network infrastructure created for the Digital Middletown Project (DMP).

Ball State University has acquired three FCC Educational Broadband Service spectrums located in Richmond, Fort Wayne and Vincennes, Indiana. A portion of each spectrum is dedicated to Ball State Charter School Program and other educational testing initiatives in the local area.
