Coordination with Judicial Review Board

COORDINATION WITH JUDICIAL REVIEW BOARD

The Office of Victim Services will coordinate services between the victim who wishes to file a complaint and the student rights and responsibilities office. The staff can assist the victim in obtaining and gathering important evidence such as police reports, pictures, and witness statements.

In addition, a staff member from the Office of Victim Services can be present upon request during a Judicial Review Board Hearing. The Office of Victim Services will ensure that a victim will feel a sense of validation in the process whether they agree with the outcome or not.
