The show that started it all for DinoRock Productions is returning by popular demand. Now that the children who grew up loving Dinosaur Rock! are in college and beyond, the Dinorockers have decided it’s time to introduce a whole new generation to Stella Stegosaurus, Danny Diplodocus and his mom Dinah, the Hadrosaur from Hackensack, Tyrannosaurus rex...rex...rex, the Leapin’ Lizards and a surprise eleventh hour ceratopsian in the original DinoRock fossil fantasy. An eccentric, yodeling paleontologist, always excited about dinosaurs, has found a way to bring them back to life. Award winning songs, lovable characters, audience participation, all the hallmarks of DinoRock’s repertoire are there with the return of Dinosaur Rock! When Professor Jones visits the Natural History Museum and runs into his old friend The Dinosaur Lady, the bones come together. Dinosaur Rock premiered at The Smithsonian Institution’s Discovery Theatre in 1984.
