ELIGIBILITY FOR CONSIDERATION:

• Minority students whose legal residence is outside Indiana

• 3.0 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale) in academic or college preparatory courses

• Rank in top 50 percent of high school graduating class

• Completion of college preparatory curriculum

• Entering freshman, fall semester
