The mission of the Office of Early Outreach Programs (EOP) is to continue to build a legacy of diversity and academic excellence at Ball State University by effectively recruiting students of color.  EOP will provide prospective students life-changing experiences through a variety of enriching activities that enhance the greater understanding, awareness and appreciation of higher education.
