What We Do
The purpose of the Recognition committee is to make sure that people are being appreciated for their hard work. Of the Month Awards are submitted by people on our campus that feel that other individuals have done extraordinary work and efforts within our Residence Halls. Through our committee, we are able to have campus-wide winners and on an even larger scale, regional and national-wide winners. Another aspect of our committee is to recognize those that allow us to let people living in our halls know that we have noticed their programs, helpfulness, and or guidance to other residents. One of the most important things about our committee is just saying, "thank you" to everyone for their hard work.
Of The Month Awards (OTMs)
Due the 1st of every month at 11:59pm for the previous month
(OTMs for the month of October are due November 1 at 11:59pm)

This award is for residents that have shown great improvement within our residence halls. These residents receive a small gift (plastic frog) to encourage them to do more great work. Hopefully by doing so, students will eventually become nominated for OTMs. Send their Name, Hall, and Name of Nominator to Janelle Love, Recognition Chair at jelove@bsu.edu
