Each summer, NREM sponsors field courses which students learn "in the field." Recent destinations are listed below. 

Alaska Field Study
The purpose of this study is to examine the management of Alaska's stunning array of natural resources. The group will visit national parks, the southern coast, the remote interior, urban centers, and universities. FULL STORY
Melissa Squirlock’s Trip to South Africa
The trip to South Africa was a field study with Biology, Dr. Kamal Islam as instructor. Melissa’s trip can be separated into three main portions though it lasted May 7-24.
