NREM 586 - Computer Applications in Environmental Management.

Use of computer software applications for data analysis and management of natural and human-controlled environments. Work with word processors, spreadsheets, statistical analysis packages, presentation graphics, Web browsers/editors, and computer simulation models. Requires basic understanding of computer operation. Prerequisite: permission of the department chairperson. Not open to students who have credit in NREM 286. Open only to NREM majors.
