To apply, you must apply to both the department and to the Graduate School. Before registering for courses as a new M.S. and M.A. student, you will also consult with Dr. James Eflin (jeflin1@bsu.edu), who serves as graduate student advisor.
Candidates for the M.A. and M.S. degrees will have slightly different program requirements. Students enrolling in the M.A. degree program complete a Research Paper/Creative Project and M.S. degree students will complete a thesis.
If you are interested in pursuing a doctorate, The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management can serve as a major or cognate for students enrolled in the Doctor of Education degree program (Ed.D).
