Crisis CommunicationCome to the Ball State News Center to find information should a crisis occur at Ball State
Ball State University is committed to open communication in the event of an emergency or crisis. If a crisis occurs, the News Center Web site will provide up-to-date information as soon as it becomes available throughout the crisis.
In addition, a communications center will be established and media directed to a campus location for briefings.
To learn more about Ball State's crisis plan, view the crisis management protocol.
Two telephone lines will be activated to provide recorded messages with up-to-the-minute information on the crisis. One will be for the media and the other for the general public to receive official information about the crisis, as well as to provide a means for recording views, opinions or other feedback for university officials.
