• Garage off the house will be converted into classroom space.
• Removal of driveway to create pedestrian-only access.
• Tennis courts and outbuilding will be removed to allow for outdoor activities.
• Electrical and heating/cooling upgrades, additional of wheelchair-accessible bathrooms.
• Remodeling of two existing bedrooms into office space.
• Remodeling upstairs bedroom into third classroom.
