The recipient will be announced April 20 at the Staff Personnel Recognition and Retirement Dinner in the L.A. Pittenger Student Center Cardinal Hall.

The award is given annually to a staff personnel employee in recognition of outstanding service to all segments of the university. Nominees for the 2000 award are:

• Maggie Ailes, MEEC program coordinator, Management.

• Judith Bonneau, administrative coordinator, Computer Science.

• Rita Disher, administrative coordinator, Economics.

• Patience Hensley, administrative coordinator, Telecommunications.

• Naomi McLaren, office supervisor, Burris Laboratory School.

• Judy Motley, administrative coordinator, School of Physical Education.

• Melinda Sheffield, Interlibrary Loan supervisor, University Libraries.

• Charlene Suldovshy, post office clerk, Central Mailing.

The award is a memorial to the late A. Jane Morton, a staff personnel employee in the Office of Academic Research and Sponsored Programs who exemplified the qualities recognized by the award.
