MUNCIE, Ind. - Ball State University's Department of Physiology and Health Science will host two seminars next week.
The speakers are part of the department's Spring 2003 Seminar Series. The seminars are free and open to the public.
Dates for next week's seminars are:
Jan. 28 - Suzanne Proctor, a member of the National Center for Health Statistics, will discuss "The Nation's Prevention Agenda: Tracking the Healthy People 2010 Objectives and Issues in Tracking the Leading Health Indicators," at 12:30 p.m. in Cooper Science Building, room CL 363.
Jan. 31 - Randy Black, professor of health promotion in the Department of Health and Kinesiology at Purdue University, will speak on "A Strategic Plan for Winning the War in Public Health," beginning at 2 p.m. in Cooper Science Building, room CL 363.
