
Memorial services
for architecture professor Uwe Koehler are scheduled for 11 a.m. Nov. 26 at Muncie’s
Unitarian Universalist Church, 4800 W. Bradford Drive.
Koehler died Oct. 22 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. He was on leave this semester studying elderly housing. Koehler was known for his research on tornado safety, working with WTHR weatherman Bob Gregory, and for having founded the ARCHIBA international study program.
His ashes were buried in the family plot in his native Berlin, Germany. Memorials may be made to the Indiana Organ Donor Program.
