Each recipe will be prepared in the Residence Halls Dining Service test kitchen. Students will then vote for their favorites. Family members who send the winning recipes will be invited to campus to sample the new foods on Jan. 26, 2000.
Submitted recipes must list ingredients in ounces, cups, tablespoons, etc., and should include specific preparation instructions. Please include the name of the recipe, the name of the person who generally prepares the recipe and the student's name, phone number and local address. Recipes must be received by Thursday, Sept. 30.
Recipes may be faxed to the attention of Pat Brown, Residence Halls Dining Service, at (765) 285-3713, or mailed to Residence Halls Dining Service Recipe Contest, Ball State University, Muncie, IN 47306.
