Ball State will alter its shuttle bus routes and parking regulations from noon to 5 p.m. Sept. 7 due to the dedication of the new David Letterman Communication and Media Building.
McKinley Avenue will be closed from Riverside to Neely avenues from noon to 5 p.m. The shuttles will continue to run but the campus community will not have access to bus stops along McKinley between Neely and Riverside. The new route will go from a stop at the Burkhardt Building on McKinley to the stop in front of the LaFollette Complex via Riverside, New York and Neely.
The university also will provide free parking for visitors in the Emens, McKinley and Pittenger Student Center parking garages starting at noon. However, motorists must still observe regulations for handicapped parking spaces.
More information about parking may be found at www.bsu.edu/parking, while shuttle bus information is at www.bsu.edu/facilities/business/shuttle.
