MUNCIE, Ind. - The area immediately to the west of Ball State
Universitys Ball Communications Building and the Art and Journalism
Building, currently under construction, will be closed to vehicle and
pedestrian traffic beginning May 8.
The closure includes the west pedestrian walkway commonly called the
cow path and vehicle access to the Ball Building.
The areas will remain closed until the beginning of the fall semester in August.
The closure is to allow grading and utility work associated with the Art and Journalism Building. The new facility will provide additional space and up-to-date technologies to the departments of art and journalism and will house a 400-seat dining area and the university bookstore.
