On Feb. 16 the Indiana House and Senate sponsored a concurrent resolution honoring Col. Charles Greenwood for his four years of leadership as Commander of the Indiana Wing Civil Air Patrol (CAP ) Auxiliary of the United States Air Force.
Sen. Allie Craycraft, Rep. Gregory Porter and Rep. Dennis Tyler sponsored the resolution. Greenwood was cited for his outstanding CAP achievements, his educational career at Ball State and his dedicated public service.

At a ceremony on Feb. 18, Greenwood received the Distinguished Service plaque and ribbon from the National Wing Commander, Gen. Antonio Pineda, and the Gill Robb Wilson Award.
