MUNCIE, Ind. - A panel discussion, "Seeking to Understand Terrorism," will be held at 5:15 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, in room 101 of Ball State University's Burkhardt Building.
Educators and experts will attempt to make sense of the recent events in New York City and Washington, D.C., and explore what lies ahead.
Participants include Francine Friedman, moderator, political science, John Barber, history, Bryan Byers, criminal justice and criminology, Daniel Goffman, history and Phyllis Zimmerman, history.
The discussion, presented by the Departments of Political Science and History, is free and open to the public.
