Aspiring scientists from grades 4-12 are invited to compete March 19 in the East Central Indiana Regional Science Fair at Ball State University.

Any student enrolled in a public, private or parochial school in Blackford, Delaware, Fayette, Franklin, Grant, Henry, Howard, Jay, Madison, Randolph, Rush, Tipton, Union and Wayne counties may enter.

Two winners from the senior division will earn a trip to the International Science and Engineering Fair May 8-14 in Phoenix.

The senior winners will be joined by three senior division exhibitors and three junior winners to compete in the Hoosier Science and Engineering Fair April 2 in Indianapolis. One high school senior also will be awarded the Ball State University George Welker Science Scholarship.
