The last couple standing will walk away from University Singers' first dance-off with a $350 prize package.

The dance-off will begin at 7 p.m. Nov. 19 in Ball State's L.A. Pittenger Student Center Ballroom.

Anyone is eligible to compete. Couples can register in advance for $12 in the Hargreaves Music Building, room 203, or online. Guidelines and regulations are also listed.

Registration at the door is $15; admission for nonparticipants is $4. All proceeds will help the University Singers travel to China in spring 2005.

University Singers has earned recognition as one of the nation's top collegiate entertainment organizations. The group has performed throughout the U.S. and in dozens of countries since forming in 1964. Designated as Indiana's Official Goodwill Ambassadors, the Singers have also appeared on recordings, radio and television.
