This live satellite event brings together the major leaders from the Association of American Colleges and Universities to talk about ways to successfully transform race relations in the classroom, on campus, and in the community.
The teleconference will address how higher education can prepare graduates to address both the legacies of racism and the opportunities for racial reconciliation in the United States.
Topics of discussion also include facilitating meaningful conversations, developing curricula about race and racial reconciliation, and gaining valuable diversity skills. Viewers will have the opportunity to submit questions for panel response.
A videotape of the program will be available in Bracken Library for those unable to view the live broadcast.
