Arthur Hafner, dean of university libraries, noted that the library is strategic to student success and added that the flexible library hours help to accommodate student schedules.

"With 24-hour access during finals, students have help for completing their assignments, access to print and e-resources for research and space for working on collaborative projects or individual study," he said.
