Her compositional output emphasizes instrumental chamber music in addition to vocal, choral, and orchestral music. Dr. Trawick’s research focuses on 20th- and 21st-century music with a special interest in French composers. She is currently at work on an undergraduate textbook treating the theory and analysis of contemporary music.
